Site Supervisor
- Coordinate sub-contractors and resources, including workers and machinery on site.
- Monitor and supervise roll-on-site works and any other construction related activities.
- Administer and coordinate site orders of materials and any other supplies.
- At lease 1 years of experience in any related field.
- Can work in long hour and minimum supervision.
- Have own transport.
Civil Engineer
- To carry out structural (building) engineering design works.
- Compile estimates for technical and material requirements for project development.
- Monitor project progress, compliance with design Specifications and safety standards.
At least 2 years of experience in civil engineering.
Drafter
- Good Knowledge in Architecture, Structural, Civil drawings, Building Specifications & Bills of Quantities.
- Final design complies with building regulation.
- To prepare engineering drawing using AutoCAD software.
- At least 2 years of experience in any related field.
- Experience in using AutoCAD software.
Project Manager
- Handle and supervise the whole project.
- Identified and minimum the risk in the project.
- Responsible to manage the profit of the project.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferable in a similar industry.
- Possess leadership and enterprising attributes and skills.
- Good analytical ability and solution oriented.
